Slidell, LA – A tragic accident in Slidell over the weekend claimed the life of 27-year-old Trevor Carter, a Florida resident, after he was struck by a vehicle while walking along Highway 190. The Slidell Police Department reported that the fatal incident occurred just before midnight on Sunday, March 16, near Northshore Boulevard.

The driver of the vehicle, a westbound 2016 Chrysler 200, remained at the site and cooperated with law enforcement.
