BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Birmingham Police have arrested a man in connection with the fatal shooting of a local woman. The suspect, 35-year-old Jamarcus Liray Olive, was taken into custody after a capital murder warrant was issued following the discovery of the victim’s body. The victim, 34-year-old Andreika Robinson, was found shot outside her home on Tuesday, June 3.
Police were called to the 100 block of Redstone Drive at around 10 a.m. that morning after a neighbor reported finding Robinson unresponsive in the driveway.
