ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A 19-year-old suspect has been taken into custody in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred on the city’s west side earlier this week. According to the Rochester Police Department, Dhymere Bailey, 19, was arrested on Friday morning for allegedly shooting and killing 39-year-old Sandra Blanding near a vacant lot on Spencer Street.
