Upon arrival, Garden Grove police officers discovered the driver unresponsive inside the vehicle. Emergency medical personnel arrived shortly after and pronounced the man dead at the scene. The deceased was identified as James Eads, 78, of Orange, California. He was the sole occupant of the white 2000 Toyota Tundra at the time of the accident.
