According to law enforcement, the crash involved a vehicle driven by 28-year-old Nayeli Hernandez.

Authorities suspect Hernandez was under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of the crash. She is currently being treated in a local hospital and is expected to be arrested upon her release.
