
LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD) is investigating a devastating triple homicide after three people were found dead from gunshot wounds early Tuesday morning in a West Louisville neighborhood.
Officers were dispatched to a home in the 2200 block of Griffiths Avenue shortly before 5 a.m. on April 8, after receiving reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers entered the residence and discovered three adults who had sustained fatal gunshot wounds. Emergency medical personnel confirmed all three victims were deceased at the scene.
The victims have been identified as Michael Clark, DJ Clark, and Mallory Cox. According to LMPD spokesperson Aaron Ellis, all three individuals appeared to have died from injuries related to the shooting. The relationship between the victims has not been publicly disclosed, but authorities confirmed that all three were found inside the same residence.
