ORANGE COVE, CA – Authorities have identified the victim of a fatal shooting at an apartment complex in Orange Cove as 34-year-old Rudy Veloz. The incident occurred on Sunday afternoon at the Orchard Village apartments near South Avenue and Orange Street.
